Who called from 3867892232

It started earlier this year (2015) with a survey about smoke detectors.  I asked who they were and why they wanted to know, but they did not answer my question.  I said I wouldn't answer their question if they didn't answer mine.
Recently, the Caller ID changed to "Florida Call".  It rings 2-3 times only and stops.  If we answer, the caller immediately hangs up.  We do not call back.

They just called my house and asked if we had smoke detectors and i said i do not want to do the survey the guy cussed me out and hung up

Same problem here. They called several times on July 6th from 386-789-2232. I answered once and the person asked about smoke detectors. Not sure if it's someone trying a stupid prank but they had an accent. Because I wouldn't give him my name he cursed at me and said "give me your f--king name."

Did not answer because I didn't recognize the number.

we continue to get calls from this number and when we answer now, they just hang up.  When we try to call back, the call does not go thru.  Irritating!!
