This Company is relentless!they refuse to discuss any details of the "debt" unless i give them payment info, i tried to inform they were violating the FCDC laws and they hung up on me. getting ready to cal the state attourney general
They are claiming I owe money for a hospital bill when I was on medicare and know this paid for my services in full. Plus, I have never received any mail EVER from either them or a bill from the hospital stating I owe anything.
Called me at work and home. Said I owed for a medical bill from Alegent. I asked them to send me the information for the bill. They refused, saying they sent it out two weeks ago to the correct address. Wanted credit card information right away. I'm calling Alegent to check with them and pay them directly, not this company.
I know that this company collects for Alegent Health System and are very strong arm in their approach. Apparently, Alegent Health only beleives in "The Healing mission of Jesus Christ" attitude in their ads. When you owe them money their is no assistance or compasion from either Alegent or their collection agency. I will not call back.
I just received a call from them, the number that called was different than the one left in the message. After reading the complaints, I was a little hesitant to call back, but did to see what they want because I didn't want them harassing my family. I got Angela, who was very nice and professional with me. I owed MUD money from when I moved and hadn't received my last bill. I took care of it over the phone and she let me set up a payment in the future because I don't have the funds right now.
