These people called one night, the situation was explained.. they wanted a check for what was owed by a friend of mine who is fighting for disabilty, The check is for doctor bills that this ppperson had life threatning situations where they had to got to emergency room.. When you say you can pay then ask when can you? and if they dont get the answer the want they hang up! Then call back the next day or day after,,, whats up with that
Calls every day from different numbers. All numbers end up being this collection agency. When I answer, rude person wants to speak to my wife. I ask what this is concerning, and they say they cannot give me any information. I told them with no information as to what they want, they get no information from me. I told them not to call again unless they were willing to deal with me. They keep calling. Am looking into legal action against them for harassment. Positive notices left above are BS as someone who had a good experience with these people would have no reason to look the number up. I do not owe any bills that I know of and have never received notice of any delinquent payments.
I called the number back and spoke with Justin. He asked my name and I just told him my first name and then he asked what number they were calling and I told him my number and said he was trying to reach a Samantha R. He was actually very kind and he was removing me from the list. Hope it works out that way. Also other numbers before this one that called was 1800 584 9348 and 402 408 3001.
I got the recording and called back. They were rude and refused to even tell me the name of their business. The said mca and would not tell me what it stood for so I gave them my initials as well but they wanted my full name or phone number. Was hung up on and I called back several times until I got the name Merchants Credit and now I know who not to do business with. I have no doubt that a business like that is a scam and needs to be busted.
