They say they are with GCI and they are not respecting the DO NOT CALL REGISTERY, so call your local GCI office and report them. If GCI gets enough customer complaints perhaps they will stop it. GCI should not think that they are above the law and do not have to abide by rules set out for consumers like us. Turn about is fair play.... please please everyone call your local GCI office and harras them for a change.
