I live in Alaska and it was associated with GCI telemarketing (sounded like for my phone plan). I just contacted GCI complaining about it. They're calling my cell, not my home number and she said it was because my cell was listed as an evening contact number. I asked her to put a do not call on my home and remove my cell phone from the account.
