Who called from 4029985021

This is an automated system recording saying "Hello, Hello, Oh, I think I have the wrong number".  It is an attempt to make you feel like it is a real person on the other end.  The phone number belongs to a direct communications company.  It is probably a money making scam of somesort, pinpointing a specific type of client.  If it does not hear the right schematic, it hangs up.  If it does, a live person will come on and commence scam.

VM message says "Hi this is Jim".

Sounds like some goat roper hick.

Keep getting calls from this number, what can be done about it/

Same as above; when I answered our office phone I was already hearing an automated voice saying "Hello? Hello?" Then he hung up.

Called and said ( I think I dialed the right number )
