Who called from 4029985021

They called my business at 10:39am EST. Same thing. As soon as I answer, they say "Hello? Oh, sorry. I think I have the wrong number. Then they hang up.

I tried calling back, and a recorded operator says "This number is no longer in service".

It could be a sketchy way of figuring out which companies use live answering or recorded answering.

In any case, this is annoying.

I could hear a man saying 'hello'...even before i was able to answer.  He said 'hello, hello, i must have the wrong number", and he hung up.

Skype VoIP in Omaha, NE ; voice over internet call; this call can come from anywhere in the world, it is getting just as bad as magic jack, it makes you think it is coming from one place when it is coming from another

THIS DUMB STUPID IDIOT SAYS,  'Hello"  "Hello" I think I have the wrong number!
