Just got one of the postcards myself at my new address. We just moved and are still in the process of cleaning up the property to rent it out. Good to know that the internet makes it easier to really know what is going on with many of these deals.
I also got a postcard in the mail. About the same size. They probably got my address from the same public information scum. This post card was also trying to separate me from my hard earned money. How do these scum know I like pizza anyways. Stop sending me these worthless coupons Dominos. It will NEVER work. You think I'm some kind of fool????
I also received the third notice post card from someone named as Julie Hicks. This came from 5950
Bethelview rd, [***],ga 30040-6385. The call back number is in Charleston SC. 843-408-0848
We had purchased a home in Myrtle Beach in December of 2014 and moved into it in October of 2015. I recall seeing a piece of mail for the previous owner about the house. Now I have them addressed to me and the name Julie Hicks is very familiar. I did a previous search and found this to be a marketing scheme that seemed to upset some people. Here I am again following my gut instinct. I believe the name Julie Hicks is being used and may be a fictional character used by the marketer. The company is possibly working out of many locations or may employ a marketing company to do all the marketing to get leads.
There is no company name but locations from the phone number may be accessible. It would be best to not call the number on the card, Tell others about it, post the info to warn others and mark the post card return to sender and drop it in the mail box if you like or just recycle it. The mailings done by this company do have one benefit, they help to support the postal service.
Just received post card third notice how much longer before I hear from you. again Julie Hicks 5950 bethelview rd ste 300 [***], Ga I guess on the move again glad I asked if anyone received this card
