This woman/company needs to go to hell...The "final notice" postcard I received today (just like everyone else) is harassing card rather than trying to do business or advertising her service! Look like Julie Hicks changed her # to (904)337-4973

I received a card in the mail and will not call the number, but glad I checked it out here first. Julie Hicks ask me to call her at 404-201-2072 regarding my property in GA. The post card states "I urgently need to speak with you about your property and have been attempting to contact me and can't locate my number on the web". I hope the law decides to do something about his company/woman.

She or whoever is behind this scam sent me 3 of the same postcards in 1 day. However, I have received several of the same card over the past 1.5 years. I was told this scumbag was getting the information from county records of home sales.
Personally I don't like this garbage cluttering up my mailbox. And I also haven't found a way to get off their mailing list. Another company RPC, appears to be an automobile rim company with a different tel number listed for Suite 11101. I guess I will just shred but next time, I am up that way, stop-in to see what gives ...
Julie Hicks sent me the same notice as it sounds like you all are describing above for a rental property that I have in Stone Mountain that is occupied and not delinquent on any payments. Her telephone number has changed now though. The phone number on the postcard she sent me is 678-916-6057 and her address is 2450 Atlanta Hwy Ste 1101 in Cummings, GA. I figured it was a scam. I'm glad that this blog exists so that I can confirm my suspicions. I guess if she wants to waste her postage, its her own loss. I definitely won't be calling the phone number.

It says their phone number is (678) 712-2407 even though on the card I got is says (404) 201-2072
