This woman's "business" is not BBB accredited; therefore, it is not wise to conduct any type of business or transaction with her, because she's not legitimate. She's a fraud, and likely, not very bright. It's only a matter of time before she ends up in court for conducting false/improper transactions and for scamming people.
we don't answer unknown callers & we are not intimidated by post cards "Third Notice" - our home is free of debt, worth a lot & if we wanted to sell, we know how to do that - Julie Hicks is a realtor with Berkshire-Hathaway in Georgia - she must have lots of money to spend on postage
Just received the first card that says Third Notice and need to hear from me ASAP with the # 904 337 4973 and GA address. Yet I need only a split second to find her on the internet when she has done all she can to get a hold of me. Isn't that crazy?
"Third Notice" here too - tho' with a number local to me: 703-621-3188.
Since these postcards are still going out, I guess enough people are falling for it. :(
Same ugly 3rd notice card arrived yesterday.

Harassing scam.
Turning it over to the postmaster's office to see if they can do anything about it.
May not be mail fraud.
If it involves a threat or invoice, the postal authorities/FBI would have grounds.
And its not a good idea to have the postal authorities on your case...
