Received call last Friday 6/12/15 stating they have returned check and left their number. So I called and a woman stated we owed them $999 for a $150 pay day load I took out Sept 2011. They claimed I was sent several emails demanding payment. I said please send me any validation to that effect. No reply.
Next, he stated your debt is to Twin Bluff Financial which I've never dealt with. He said the penalties and charges now are $2200 but might take $999. Meanwhile I'm looking up the name of the company and learn its a scam so tell him. His immediate reply is we're sending the paperwork in for your arrest. So I told him, I'll just hire an attorney then. He responded "what's their name".....I said, none of your business. He closed with, I'm sending your paperwork to the courts and you will be arrested in the next few days. I told him, "give it your best shot". Again I review Google only to find, its all one big scam and if they call again, I'll record it for our attorney general. Beware.
We have received several calls from Reed White and Associates stating that we owe a PayDay loan we received in 2013. We have not received a PayDay loan; nothing was deposited into our bank. First from Matthew Dillard then Robert Martin. He said the loan was for $300 but now we owe $1300 but he will settle for $800. I'm so tired of them. What can I do?
