got a call from mrs. houston. cracks me up that they only use last names. said she was with atlanta municipal court. asked if husband was home. no, then said she was calling in regards to so and so (same last name) that he has listed husband as closest relative.
long story short, i called back and said we did not know this person, they said to disregard the message.
Receive a samiliar call from an Agent Jackson today looking for someone I have never heard of the message was they had a warrant out for this person arrest. I told them I didn't know the person and hung up the phone. Where are these people getting OUR information from? I didn't even know the person they were referencing.
Just received a call from these losers. They pretended to be from City of Atlanta, GA, Municipal Court, told me I was about to have a warrant issued, and wanted to know if I would pay and avoid the hassle. I knew it to be fraud, so I hung up. They called back, and read to me my full name, mailing address and employment history! They again threatened me with a warrant, and suggested I give them my credit card number. I hung up, they called back a third time, told me my date of birth, and told me how much of a good idea it was for me to take care of this with a credit card.
