This "agency" sent me a random letter in the mail saying I had a warrant out (which was bullsh*t) I called the number they said it was for an unpaid seat belt ticket from the previous year (also bullsh*t) I had never gotten a ticket, so I was asking them information and all they told me was that I received it on Peachtree street.. I didn't do my research until recently, but I paid them 115 dollars over the phone with my debit card, only to find out from a friend of mine (a cop in Atlanta) that I had no warrants or tickets under my name, not to mention I had been pulled over prior to receiving this letter. If I had a warrant I would have been arrested. They sent me some email referencing that I had paid for something (not specifically a ticket) and that was in February. They called my step uncle's house today. I have no idea how they got his number because we are not related nor have the same last name. I called them again stating I had paid for this so called ticket, they put me on hold then came back on the line apologizing for the inconvenience and stating it was paid. I told them I wanted a copy of this ticket. They said they had no way of doing that and said they would send me an email showing my proof of payment from February. I still haven't got an email. I disputed the charge with my bank and am waiting on Atl PD to call me back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!!

Some guy left a message that he was Agent Hodges from the Municipal Court in Atlanta. He was looking for Ivan Reynolds (not me or anyone I know) and that I needed to call him back immediately at 404-564-3239 x 5508. Googled and found this site and it's helpful information. Will not follow up.
I recieved a call today from KC HALL who stated he worked for ARS, he told me he worked for the City of Atlanta Police, Jail. Bond and Warrant out for arrest. The first phone call they asked for a women. The second phone call they asked for a man. I demanded to speak with his supervisor. He transferred me to MRS. EDWARDS, who would not allow me to speak so I spoke over her loud words, she was refusing to hear me and hung up. I called back and asked for EDWARDS again. At this time I told her that the call was being recorded and if she contacted my household again I would be calling the LOCAL police. She stated she worked for the ARS, LLC and CIty of Atlanta. I believe this is HARRESSMENT contacting people and trying to get information. AND calling the wrong households to obtain information about people. THIS ARSLLC is a DEBT COLLECTOR. 404-564-3639.
