This may be a scam. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

The guy wasn't sure of his own name. "Ahh...this is agent......ahh.....agent Hudges with the City of Atlanta." Sorry I don't buy it and if they know my unlisted work cell number then they know my address and should write a letter. If I believed in it would be worth the time to sue because everything about this call absolutely against the law. Even if they were collecting for the City of Atlanta they must represent themselves that way! People stay away!
I recieved a call from a relative stating thaat there was about to be a warrant for my arrest, and I was to immediately call them to prevent arrest. I called from a restricted number and I got the voicemail saying it was a debt collector.These people are so stupid an unprofessional. They lying to get what they want.
I received a call from this number from a Renee Tobias who advised that I have a deliquent ticket for 373.25 at Atlanta for "folowing to closely" the agent advised that she was a parolle officer and that she was at the court filing warrnat(call time 6:00pm lol) She advised that she could not file the warrant if I "give her my card number" or bring her a m/o before 9:00am before she came to work. When I searched the number I sawt that it was a collection agency! I will certainly submit a police report!
