These people called my granddaughter, telling them that I was in legal trouble. I called them and talked to a "Mr. Gilchrist". He said that I had 1 hour to resolve this or the lawyer would file papers. I told him that I would call him back. I did, but with MY lawyer on the line. She began to ask him questions and he became irritated. She asked him to fax the debt information on their letterhead so that we could verify the debt. He said "our fax is not working". She asked for his first name and he said "my first name is of no consequence". He said that he would tell the "lawyer" that I refused to pay and my lawyer asked to speak to him. Then he hung up. These people are trying to scam people out of money! Do not pay them! I googled them and got this page.
Everyone do not worry about these dumb [***] people, they cant do jack...just simply say send me documentation that prove the debt is mine and when it was originated and how long it was open. Trust me they will not validate the information you want. The law says simply prove it...they will back off...And if your from tx these dummys really do not know the law in tx because you can not harase a person at work or call other people to try to talk to you and they can not garnish your wages. They cant do [***]..and if you want to get paid just record the conversation and get them saying they going to take you to jail or take money from you and Bingo you just take to an attorney and money in the bank. I have done this on old debt and took them to the bank. Just dnt fall for their crap....main key is ask for proof...anyone can put a debt next to a name.

Wow....I guess there are all kinds of morons out there. Just got a call 5 minutes ago and message was left that i needed to call them asap to their law office to stop the next step of collections. Ive dealt with these kind of [***] wipes before. I just block their number and if they call work i tell them we are not allowed to get personal calls and these calls are being recorded and if they needed anything from me to mail me what its about and we will take it from there. Youll never see anything or hear from them again.
