I have received a call a few times from this phone number. I do not answer, but I am also on the Do Not Call List and I still get telemarketers. frustrating
I got thise call earlier this evening and hit '1' so I could talk to a representative. In short, I requested to speak with her manager to have our number removed, and she said that the manager would not take a small complaint like what I had (I was annoyed.) She also commented that the manager would just hang up on me, so I had asked who would I contact then to have the number removed. She replies with 'I suppose you should take that up with Equifax..?' She didn't sound so sure herself. Getting more frustrated, I asked to speak with her manager again, and she replies with 'Well I'm just going to do what they would do.' *click*
I called the number back, and the mailbox was full and could no longer recieve messages.
Gotta wonder what Equifax feels about this, if they're not responsible...
Absolutely correct. Even Magic Jack will allow you to block numbers. I haven't gotten a telemarketing call yet on my VoIP phone service. Had it a year now. Now if AT&T would just allow number blocking on their cellular service...
