i got a call from this number they were persistant (understandibly so seeing how its their job) but they would not take no for an answer they kept talking and prodding me for info. finally they asked if i had small children in my family. the lady made me uncomfortable. i am thinking is this really even someone from charter or am i getting scammed so i said i dont wanna have this conversation anymore i was polite and she kept talking after i said that. it make me uncomfortable .
