These people call every once in a while. I've learned to stop answering my phone when I don't recognize the incoming phone number, but I've talked to these people before and they say they're from Charter. Being that Charter is a pretty [***] company already I'd almost accept that they've taken to spamming up our phone numbers as well.
Yep, got this number for the past two days at about 10AM here in WI. Looked it up here, surprise surprise. Well, luckily Android has plenty of options for blocking calls : )
I just got a call from this number and when I answered the call disconnected. I called it back, waitied a minute for a person to get on the line and asked to be taken off of the call list. She said it would take 20 days to purge my number completely from the list but was polite and said it would be taken care of.
