This number calls constantly... when I answer the phone they hung up or I get disconnected. I say Hello ONCE, if they dont respond to me, I hang up.
Its still annoying to receive these calls!
I dialed *69 to get the number of who was calling, Charter is my Carrier and Now I am wondering if Charter dopes this calling and Hanging up on Purpose so people will dial *69 and get charged for it. Imagin How many people do this and how much charter is charging for it ... they are making a Bundle!!
