I got charter internet 1 month ago and have been receiving calls from this number all week. I finally called them back and they were wanting to bundle my services. I informed the lady on the phone that I'm locked into other contracts and If I wanted their services then I would have ordered them when I ordered the internet. I asked for my number to be removed from the list, she stated I would receive calls for another 20 days. WTH! She then preceded to get very ugly about it, like I offended her in someway. I do not like wasting my time and cell phone minutes on crazy things like this.
I would like these calls to stop. They almost daily around 9:30 pm. my husband is military and wakes up around 4 am each morning and goes to sleep around 830 pm. i sleep at 9 since i also wake up early and the phone ringing this late at night is the last thing i want interrupting my night.
