would u like to be called stupid. this sounds very legit when they call. i happen to owe a loan and i am the only breadwinner in my househould. not a good situation if i was to go to jail. this has been very informative to me and would like u to refrain from these types of comments.
I recived a call that they I was being sued for an unpaid payday loan. I had such loans and filed chapter 13 which was full repayment. I tried to give him my lawer information and he hung up on me.
The name used when they called my job was Ronaldo and said it was from Quck Cash Advance. I never had a loan with them.
Melvin, just called me as well at my place of employment. When I asked for him to provide with the name of the ppl who I supposedly had gotten the loan from who couldn't provide me with any information. Not even a phone number, right then and there I knew it was a scam. I even asked him what would he do if he was in this predicament and of course there wasn't an answer. So Avoid this person and don't be scared to fight "SCAM ARTISTS"!! He's not with a lawfirm, especially if he couldn't provide me with an affadavit, court documents or loan documents!! FREAKING MORON!!
Thats the same company he tried to tell me I recvd a loan from.. this doesnt make any sense!
This is absolutely a wake up call to stay off these freaking websites!!
