unfortunately i paid at first because i was scared about being arrested. i informed her that she would not receive any more from me until i received proof of this supposed court case and receipts for what i had paid. she told me that was not their policy. i again stressed that not paying until i received them. not once did she ask for my address or anything. have not seen any paperwork and today she left a threatening message that they would be at my place of employment to arrest me. hope she shows tomorrow cause i will not be there. on vacation
its A SCAM, I contacted teh law firm that they claim to work under and the law firm said they recieved several call about this matter. They lady promted me to report the man "mike" to the fbi fraud debt
my husband and i have received a few phone calls fron Melvin and Samantha stating that we are being sued for unpayment. We recently had to close our bank account do to fraud from payday loans so my husband and ialmost paid these people. But i wouldnt give them a dime until i saw in writing who i was paying and why i was paying them. Told me the only way the send any information is after we are sued and that it will be sent to the court in the am. They were rude and called us names so when i asked to speak the person in charger they hung up on me. Im not one to be messed with and dont like to being lied to so this isnt the last theyve heard from me!
This guy calls me none stop from a 4049026634 number demanding that I pay them from a payday loan that was never paid. Hey says his named is david shurezk and hes with quick cash.com. Although he cannot tell me the specific loan distributer, he says that they have over 300 companies under them and cannot tell me which one I received them money from. However he does tell me that to refrain from paying out 5 to 6,000 dollars in court that I can pay a one time amount of $560 using a green dot refillable card from walgreens....this is ridiculous! Im placing my cell on the national do not call list
