My husband got a call today from Nicole Cochran with the same situation and rudeness regardng a  payday loan in 2007. She called his mom first, scared her and his mom called him about Nicole C. My husband spoke with Nicole, she scared him so bad that he gave her his credit card info. over the phone and then told me after he did it.I was so pissed and I told him to go and cancel his card asap. She didn't give him any info regarding the account nor return my calls. Please don't give anyone your personal info. and demand them to send you info regard your account.

This "Lead Investigator" is nothing but a collection agent rep. There is no need to worry as she would have to submit the warrant to the District Attorney and then have the DA in your city approve the warrant and then you can be arrested, however this will never happen as you would have to be extradited to Georgia and face the courts. The "crime of check fraud" must happen in the state that the warrant will be issued otherwise you cannot be arrested. When you recieve a call from here again, ask her for her Georgia P.O.S.T number if she is really a law enforcement officer. If she is unable to provide you with the number then she is not a certified law enforcement officer in the state of Georgia. Don't not worry about this lady she has been threatening me with arrest since 2007.

I have a problem with dorothy thorton they keep calling my mother house who is  very very very sick and she had a stoke and ceaser after ROBERT NEIL called. And my mother don't need any worries. So ROBERT NEIL tells me that i will be charged with fraud and they will send a warrant out for my arrest is that true or false?,  because I did take out a loan at a cash advance but my ex-mother in law was going to pay it back but she didnt after all, her daughter broke up with me and i think thats why she didnt, and i know thats my fault but i don't think i should go through this and my mother. i want to pay that loan but i didnt get any letters and if i would of got it i would of paid it off along time ago. but yeah i don't know what to do help please.

Now come on how can someone take you seriously? You do not even know how to spell. People don't by into the crap this company is selling. The only person who can issue a warrant for your arrest is the state atty's office or the clerk of court. This company is a bunch of low on the totem pole of life ghetto people!!! Go TO He!!

Call daily threatening jail.  Bring it on.  My lawyers, Mr. Smith and Mr Wesson, will be greeting you at the door.  I have saved the threatening voicemails just in case.  These pricks are worthless and not worth the time it takes to post all this stuff.  Nothin' better to do than to harass people all day long.
God will punish them eventually for being dishonest.
