This [***] called me today...
Called me names, told me I was a criminal
(Which I am not), said I owed $300 for a bad check when I have never written a check before.
They quoted my social and talked about my child!!
I've filed a PD report and Fraud alert!!!!

Same thing, calling from arbitrary services. Guy said his name was Harvey Specter but funny thing is same guy with same name called from a 512-717-4986 number a week ago. Makes me think its a scam

Scam.  Ignore and block the calls.   Crazy name "Arbitrary Allegation".  What kind of allegation is that?   Random?  Whimsical?  Phony?  No basis in fact?

These people go around openly impersonating law enforcement and local state agencies.   Total nonsense as well as criminal what these people are doing.

I received a call from 404-724-5702 yesterday stating her name was Bonnie Styles from The Division Arbitrary Services.  She didn't give me a file number or anything and stated that I owed for an on-line Payday Loan.  She also called a cousin of mine in which I don't even know how she got her number.  I have been receiving these calls for years from various numbers saying I will be arrested within 24 hours blah, blah, blah..
