I received the email listed below, funny thing is that I am a home inspector. If this company is looking to give referrals why not just give the info direct to the buyer. Sorry if I have to pay or join something it is not a referral to me....

Rec'd a 'one ring' call from this number. Called and asked who would call a Chicago agent, answerer said Richard. and connected my call. Richard denied he called and hung upand then asked if I was Dan! HELLLLLLOOOO!!!! How would you know my name if it wasn't just called????
Offered no info on lead and told him to add me to do not call list and not to bother me unless he had a pre-qual letter.

DON'T GET SUCKERED BY THESE METHODS AND HOLD THESE LEAD MILLS ACCOUNTABLE!

Just received two back-to-back calls and subsequent voicemail from J.P. Weigand from Real Estate Referrals of Montana.  He claims to have a client moving to our county and wants to give me the referral.  Sure, right.

I am a real estate agent in NC.  This number called.  I didn't answer and no message was left.

Got a call from this number - stupidly enough I signed up and they did give me a number of a "referral". Called the "referral" who was in the state of Washington, but didn't know when they were moving, or what they wanted - they were all over the board on possible real estate options. Never received a receipt or e-mail from this real estate referral company. So, called American Express, which is the card I used and when I told them the situation, they IMMEDIATELY refunded the entire amount. Apparently, AMEX has a 700 person research dept that looks at all their merchants and their history.  This "company" - whoever the hell they are - doesn't have a good history and AMEX said no problem in refunding everything.  Stay away from this referral company as it is questionable to say the least.  And, if you have signed up with them, call your credit card company immediately to try and get a refund!!!
