Hi TJ,
How are you? I hope the weather in Tulsa is as nice for you as it is for me. I live in Missoula, Montana. I'm surrounded by the Rocky Mountains and can't wait to enjoy the summer. The hiking is amazing! If you are ever able to visit Yellowstone or Glacier National Park then go for it. Some of the best places in the world :)
I am writing you today about a real estate client of mine who signed up to be contacted by an agent from your area. If you are interested then I would like to refer this client to you, that way you can help Michael find a home to buy. Michael signed up through one of my web sites 06/20/2008 at 08:42:24. And one of my team members has personally spoken with Michael just a few minutes ago over the phone. We let Michael know we will be finding an agent to follow up with them soon.
TJ, can you please call me at your earliest convenience? I would like to discuss the details of this referral with you. I am looking forward to speaking with you.
Kind regards,
Jennifer Hayes

**Wonder if she'd like me bugging her at home?!! :-)
It's a bothersome real estate lead program. Chances are, there is not even a real buyer coming to any of our areas. If there really is and she wants my services, she can send a referral through normal channels like anyone else that is referred to me. I'm pretty sure if you call the number in the email, that gives them permission to continue bothering you because you have initiated the phone call. So don't call the number! For that matter, don't even hit the button at the bottom of the email where it says you can discontinue further emails. It will simply only notify them that they've reached a real live person. Just delete the email.
Hope this helps someone.
