person called my cell and I didn't answer. thought I would look it up and Voila lots of people today from all over getting calls. My guess is that they are pulling numbers off the internet some way and cold calling them to initiate a scam. ' read the other comments' could be they have an auto dialer and are too busy scamming at times to talk to the next person dailed. just report them and they will have to work harder.
Got a call and it was pre-recorded, saying to press "1" for help with credit card debt. I pressed "1" and was connected with a live operator, Jodie, who I instructed to remove me from the list. She said she would handle it. My guess is I'll get another call from the number anyways...
Someone called my cell phone from this number and left an automated message stating that I have won a wireless security system for my home. This was just another robo-dialing telemarketer.
i got a call from 406- 623- 3644 . They said that they are from satellite digital cable company. It had an option to press 1 to speak to a Representative..when i did, they d/c the call. Great. I gotta block this number now.
