Got a call and answered. Spoke to "Christopher" ID 27215 who was definitely North American. He wanted to pre-qualify me for an offer to lower my credit card interest rate. He wanted the customer service number off the back of my card. When I told him I didn't have the card, he said I could call back (800) 800-2145. That number is a mobile number in India. No personal information was requested, but the guy definitely sounded shady. If I'd had my CC on me, I'm not sure if he would have asked for the number, but I imagine it would have gotten there eventually.
