Two calls from this number when I tried to call back the number was always busy! Glad to have found this site to report and find out what the number is used for.
406-974-6311 reached me in area code 407 (Florida). Went to voicemail (they didn't leave one) since I didn't have my phone on. I thought it was illegal for autodialers to target cell phones. I did not return the call after looking it up and finding this listing.
Unsolicited telemarketer. "Hello, this is Rachel from Cardholder Services, blah, blah, blah".
I have my number on the do not call lists, but they still call.
