Two calls from this number when I tried to call back the number was always busy! Glad to have found this site to report and find out what the number is used for.
THIS IS a scam - I dont have a credit card, but they were MORE than willing to reduce my rates (on something I dont have)...and when they say they will take you off the list, they just tranfer your number to another one of their numbers to call you again. I have filed over 30 complaints with the FCC / Call registry -- and have yet to have anything done.
Got a call from Circle, MT @9:30AM EST on my cell. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers and figure if it's important, they can leave a voice mail. No voice mail left so assume its a scam.
