Claims I owe a credit card debt from 1995. I told them the account was closed and paid off in 1996. After 6 months of calls asking me to settle the debt I finally got a letter from them asking for $2396.00. I returned their payment cupon with a copy of my cancelled check which was made out to the credit card company in their envelope. A week later I got another call from them asking to settle the debt. They act like we had never spoken before. When I told this man I had sent in a copy of a cancelled check, he told me I had probally sent it to the wrong address Their envelope with their address label.
I hate these kinda things, I see other people are having problems with these idots. Wouldn't it be nice if they GOOGLED THEIR OWN PHONE NUMBER and realized they were stupid?
I recvd a call too - they wanted my name and only told me that they are a loan servicing company, i asked for who, they wouldn't tell me, wanted my name and # i was calling from, I finally hung up! Not sure what this is! We also googled the # and I called the 407 # and got a fast busy???
This telephone caller, 1-407-441-7826, has been harassing seniors in our town for half a year now. I am starting a class action suit against the caller. If you have any information regarding this caller or would like to be part of this suit please post a letter to my address detailing your experieces.
