I just got one of these calls today. Same story about a free nights stay at a Hilton in Manhattan or Orlando. I WORK for Hilton but have no idea what this call is about. Dont trust it. I am reporting it to Hilton today.
Caller states they are from Hilton Vacation specials. they want your family info, marital status, how many people would come to Orlando and then they ask you your annual income. When you tell them, no to any of those, they simply say 'thank you ' and hang up.
They just called and I didn't answer. I have been getting phone calls from the other Hilton number 407-532-3791 as well. I have reported the numbers on http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html
I've been getting calls from this number for almost two weeks, they never leave a message, and if I don't know the number I don't answer. I am a Hilton Honors member, but they never call my cell phone, only home if they call me at all.
