You actually got somewhere? Kudos. My missions are never accomplished and it always resorts to me gettying super mad.

I just got a call from it. I have verizon. And I have a HP Laptop that was just in for service at best buy.

So how are we supposed to call them back?  They keep calling while I am at work.

Just got my HP laptop back from BestBuy after a ridiculously long wait, don't have verizon.  I didn't answer any of the calls and they don't leave messages, but they called me a total of 5 times today between 0900 and 1545, which is when I sleep cause I work nights.  So I'm flaming pissed, and when I call the number, it says disconnected...

Yes it is from HP Help Desk. I ordered replacement hard drive, and may be they wanna speak to me. But no msg is left, and number not in service recording is played when you try to call them back.
