I received a call from this number on my cell. I did not answer it. No message was left. I tried to call the number back and got a recording that the number was not in service. I googled it and found a link to this site.
I have fido and sent in my HP laptop through bestbuy lately. I got a call today as well and I just got my computer back yesterday. Annoying. I actually answered the first call, and the guy with thick accent asked me to do a survey on the HP's service. But the called went silent after the first question, and I hanged up. This guy tried to call back the second time, but there was no sound. So I just left it as is. I don't like the fact that HP release our contacts to some third party call centres.
I spoke to HP via realtime chat and the next day - EASTER - got like 4 calls from them, on my cell and at work... even though I said days to call would be Mon and Tues... I don't know how Sunday became one of those days- Easter no less.... cause of a part that failed after LESS than four months.... pretty pissed.....the # was 408-295-4017
I've gotten a few calls from them recently. Recently had HP laptop in for service after the hard drive failed after just one month. Hotness. Anyone know if they'll ever stop calling?
I have both Verizon and an HP laptop. I had a chat session last night ended about 3 am. I told them they could call daytime, and they called twice in the 8 o'clock hour. No message was left, and I am expecting a new dvd/cd drive. I didn't get to bed until after 6 am. I did not answer the call. I'm thinking that it was HP but not certain of it. They need to do a part swap, so they need information by phone first.
I did try calling the number back out of curiosity, and it stated that "there was a problem completing the call...." from a recording. The least this company could do is leave a message and a valid number to reach them to get this issue solved. How annoying!
