I received a call from this number on my cell. I did not answer it. No message was left. I tried to call the number back and got a recording that the number was not in service. I googled it and found a link to this site.
ive been receiving the calls from this number as well several times over the last couple of days, I have an HP computer and did have a part replaced last week. I havent called their help desk or any service of that sort though. Sounds like a reasonable theory .
This number called me 4 times within the last two days. Same scenario- They will call while I'm at work and do not leave a message. I went to Circuit City and got a new charger for my HP laptop under warranty, but I was never told that anyone would be calling me! It is very annoying!!
I got two missed calls from this number. They didn't leave messages or anything, but when I googled the number I got this awesome info! Thanks!
Basically, I live in Ottawa, and dropped off my laptop at Bestbuy for some service (I have it under a warranty) and they told me that they had to ship it off to HP servicing in TORONTO. So why would the call regarding my laptop be coming from CALIFORNIA?
I guess I'll find out what this is about when they call back. I'll post what I know after that :)
