Who called from 4083957360

I got 3 or 4 calls from this number with no voicemail.  Today I picked up and said "Who the [***] is this?" twice.  got silence, then some guy said "[***] you man" and then I hung up.

I get called 4x per day from this number.  Driving me crazy.  Nobody is ever there.

person says they are PGE. I called PGE and they said this is NOT a PGE person. PGE suggests reporting phone number to the authorities. DO NOT GIVE THESE PPL ANY OF YOUR INFO. THEY ARE FAKE! FRAUD.

Same here. It constantly calls me then hangs up when I answer then when I call It back it is a non working number.

Guy with Indian accent claims to represent PGE.  Has called 2-3 times before.  I tell him to remove me from list and he starts to argue with me.  Number is now on my phone's Do Not Call list.
