I got the "pg&e" call as well. Indian accent I think. Tried to call back, it got disconnected.

Same thing for me. I've never picked up but they keep calling. I hope they give up soon.

I got the call twice now as well.  Both times they hang up before I can answer and no voice message.  

Claimed to be authorized PG&E rep with the care program, asking if rent or own and income level. Didn't give coherent company name and call back number was disconnected.

Same here. I picked up today and he couldn't pronounce my name. Told him I was my secretary and he hung up. Called PGE and gave the number, they are going to look into it.
