Who called from 4086518176

Received a call from this number on Skype; I haven't given this number to anyone yet, so it's just random spam.  Skype says it originates in Romania.

I received a call from this number that left my phone line tied up for hours and my number is unlisted.

I recieve frequent calls from this number.  I asked to be removed from their calling list several times and they have not removed me.  I have been recieveing calls from this company for about 4 months.

Got back from a meeting and the voice message light was on.  Retrieved message but it was a hangup. Got details on the caller's number through voicemail feature. Number was 408-651-8176.  BTW - this is a Government-owned phone and phone line at a nuclear weapons research facility. If I get another call I'll get our internal Office of Investigations on it.

Wow, a nucelear weapons research facility; better get the "Internal Office of Investigations" involved in tracking down that hangup right away!
