Who called from 4086518176

Just got the call.  Didn't recognize number. Didn't answer.  I'm on the NDNC list.

Got a call from this number. Caller ID said "Card Service Ce".   I did not answer and they did not leave a message. Pretty sure they will contiune to call on a daily bases to try and sell me something. LAME.

Recorded message from this number with an automated robot saying "This is Rachel from Cardholder Services calling about your credit card account".

As noted above, just a telemarketer selling something.  I didn't go for it.

A credit card scammer dialing random numbers. He should be shut down for telecommunications fraud.

received a call from 408.651.8176. Telemarketer told me to f--- myself after I told them to put me on their do not call list, then hung up. One hour later received a call from 517.931.2039. This time I asked for a supervisor. This time telemarketer just hung up.
