Who called from 4088221645

A lady called and stated that she had a relay message for me. I said who is this,and she said do you know how to use the relay system. I just hung up and phone rang from the same number 1-408-822-1645, but I didn't answer.

P.S I blocked my number and called the 1408-822-1645 number.  The phone rang once and then a busy signal.

Received a call form 408-822-1645. A man said I had a relay call from a hearing impaired person and explained how to us system. They were asking about some puppies I had listed in he paper. This call came at 9.40 PM. They wanted me to send them an email with all the information about the puppies. I explained I was at work and would not be able to send an email until the next day. They said that was fine and they would be waiting for my email. I then contacted my wife who was on her way home and told her to email them at [email protected]. She did so at 1040pm and received an email back instantly. They told her they needed all our infomation so they could send a cashiers check. They spelled check (cheque) and also said they would send an extra $100 to reserve the puppy. They also stated they would pay for the shipping and have a shipper contact us. We immediately become suspicious and told them they could not have the puppy unless they picked it up personally with cash.

I recieved a call at 3 am from that number stating to be from a deaf orphan in Africa who wanted me to send 12 cents a day to help him eat (like the ads on tv).  Since I thought it may be one of my friends trying out a prank on new technology, and since I'm under 18, I refused them before they asked for anything like personal information.  They responded by saying "but I'll starve" and asking me to go to redcross.com (notice that redcross is not a company). Finally they called me a [***] as I hung up.

Not a pleasant wakeup call, and something to be aware of.

i got a call from 408-822-1645, stating that i have a relay message, and how to use it i went along with it a so called chick said that she liked my myspace profile and didnt haveher phone, and i dont know how she got my #, IT WAS WIERD!

Didn't pick it up cuz it was late looked it up and found out its a NJ prank number. Wouldn't allow me to call back either.
