Was woken up at 12:30 A.M. with a call from this number to my cell phone. A recording says my mastercard from 5th 3rd bank was suspended and to press 1 for more information. Since I don't have a credit card it was a no brainer. What astounds me is that these calls have been being made for at least four years now, seeing the original dates on this forum going back to 2010. Also, the Do Not Call registry only applies to legitimate businesses trying to sell you something. It doesn't keep scum bags from calling random numbers in the middle of the night, sadly.
yes this number called this morning and woke us up and it said our credit card was suspended and that they could fix it. i just hung up...funny how we don't even have a CREDIT CARD. idiots..what is the world coming to. they prey on the week. one scam told my grandmother that they could sell her time share and stole 3,000$ from her. Got a call on my cell at 1:43 yesterday afternoon. Couldn't get to the phone on time and when I called it back it just rang, no one answering. Husband got a call on his cell from a 202 526-0013 at 1:12 in the morning. He didn't get to the phone, no message. Found out today that area is being flooded with such numbers trying to compromise credit cards. BEWARE
Got the call yesterday at 5:12pm. It seems that a large phishing operation has been going on, and that the number is spoofed. The CID 'name' field was also the phone number, minus the "1" portion.

I got a call @ 7:14 am on 3/28/10 I was asleep & no voicemail was left , my place of work I get calls from about anyone & I don't know all the numbers called it back & didn't get an answer or was able to leave amessage. I was lucky I guess , I didn't get scamed
