I got a call from a man I could not understand. I called back and they transfered me to the same person. He said he was sueing me for a payday loan I did in February 2011 from USA Cash Adv. I never did a pay day loan. When I tried digging for more information he would could not give me answers. This is a scam.
Just got my fifth message from a middle eastern guy calling himself James Brown (took me 5 messages to decipher what he was telling me his accent was so heavy). He said there was a warrant out for my arrest and that if I didn't call him back all he could tell me was "Good Luck"! In the third message, the same guy used the name Jeff Patterson.
The guy called and said his name was Mike and he was going to prosecute me to the fulliest If I did not pay them their money and he needed to talk to me or my lawyer right away.
I just received a call from both the mike and darren guy saying to expect to be arrested along with my elderly mother in 48 hours, when i threatened back, he hung up.
I received a call from this number which is being routed through a magic jack connection. The guy called himself Officer Mike and said "There are two very serious allegations against my husband and his social security which he had along with my email address, but when I said that I wanted him to tell the charges that I had my husband's power of attorney; he said that he would have to go and look up the charges and that he would need five or ten minutes to get back to me but he never did. Have any others ever had any trouble from his contact? Do I need to worry about contacting creditors or banks and my husband's place of employment?
