I got a call from a man I could not understand. I called back and they transfered me to the same person. He said he was sueing me for a payday loan I did in February 2011 from USA Cash Adv. I never did a pay day loan. When I tried digging for more information he would could not give me answers. This is a scam.
The guy said he wants my lawyers name and number. I am being sued by USA Cash advance. He told me that they represent overt 700 payday loan companies. I asked him who am I suppose to owe he couldn't tell me, after I asked him many different questions he hung up.
Same guy calling my work number. Calls like five times a day. I work for a fire dept, and told him to quit calling. He said he doesn't have to cause our law does not pertain to his company. Then he had a woman call, so my boss told them i was fired due to their calling, and they keep calling.
This guy calls all the time, says it's regarding my medical bills. I had brain surgery in July, so I thought he was legit. He said I had 48 hours to pay $3800 a settlement out of court or he would file criminal charges against me. His accent was so strong I could barely understand it. My medical bills are so much more than $3800, I had emergency brain surgery and was in the hospital for 2 months!! Don't pay these people!!!
Called me also. One time said he was an attorney. Another time was a police officer. Accent so heavy could barely understand him. Very threatening. Not sure who or what he represents. I am going to start keep his voice mails as they will prove he tries scare me. He last call said to expect police to be at my door. I am disabled and not able to defend myself against the animal and want him stopped!
They called me and since i have called them multiple times a day trying to get ahold of "sam taylor". finally one person hung up on me then i repeatedly called back and they kept picking up and hanging up. so i called back from my moms phone and argued with the person to get the info so i could go to the police about this obvious case of stolen identity and he told me all my bank info and that it was deposited in January. I just recently opened my account in march!! i said how i a psychic to know what my number was and how did i get it out when my account wasnt even open?? he said uh im not sure i will look into it further and call you back i said no no no its ok, i am now going to do my own investigation, thank you!
