I got a call from a man I could not understand. I called back and they transfered me to the same person. He said he was sueing me for a payday loan I did in February 2011 from USA Cash Adv. I never did a pay day loan. When I tried digging for more information he would could not give me answers. This is a scam.
They called my cell and work number at least 5 times in a 5 minute period had to listen to message quite a few times to figure out what he was saying his accent is so heavy I have never heard of the place he says I owe for a payday loan. He told me if I didn't call him back latter and if I didn't I would be black listed and it would definitely be filed in court. When they answer the phone they do not give any company inforamtion for this so called law office they are working for. There use of abussive language and threats is illegal. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
This guy caled asked for my husband and when i told him he could leave a message he said "oh my GOD" I told him i didnt want to be talked to that way and hung up. He called back asked again I said no and hung up, this went on 4 more times....I googeld the number found this site and was prepared for him when he called me back told him I knew who he was and that he wasnt getting anything from me at wich point he cussed at me and hung up si i called him back and he hung up before he said hello...I waited 10 min and called back he answered and I told him that I knew who he was and that I wasnt giving him a dime and if he called me back I would take the next step to pressing my own charges and keeping him from harassing me....He hung up yet again but hopefully he gets the point...However BEWARE this guy has WAYYYYY to much information on the people he is calling he had our address and my husbands social security number.
Same thing happened to me.. He was very thick accented and I told him he was crazy! I wasn't going to pay him anything. He said i took out a loan in Feb. 2011 from an address I had never lived at! He did have my social security # correct and he said that someone had gotten a loan and used the security pin to take the money and he didn't care because it was MY responsibility. I told him to go jump in a lake because I wasn't giving him any money and to show me paperwork in the mail. He got rude and said "The cops will be picking you up on Wednesday".. Ok, come and get me. I've got proof! DONT PAY THESE PEOPLE!!!
