I got a call from a man I could not understand. I called back and they transfered me to the same person. He said he was sueing me for a payday loan I did in February 2011 from USA Cash Adv. I never did a pay day loan. When I tried digging for more information he would could not give me answers. This is a scam.
Ok .. so I get the same number calling me on my cell phone and work phone.. leaves me a message around the same lines as the ones listed below... so I call the number back .. and I ask who it is .. Completely different name than what was left on my voice mail .. so I laugh at him and he hangs up ... So I even take early lunch because now Im pumped to call them again .. (God how lame am I) lol..
So I call again .. Yet again a different guy answers claiming to be a "Daniel" but wont give me his last name... He tell me I took out payday loan so I asked him When .. he tells me .. I laugh and said nope never took out payday loan... so then he states he is getting his supervisor on line.. Wow... its actually "Steven Taylor" the one who left the message on my phone in the first place.. so I go through the same spill with him.. and he states he is going to prosecute me so I tell him my lawyer wants written paperwork... He then hangs up the phone.. Oh no no I am not finished yet... so I call his a$$ back .. and now he says his name is Steven Thompson.. I yet laugh again .. and ask him if he knows how to Google.. and tell him I googled his number and he should read what is being said about him .. (By the way Steve Thompson/Steven Taylor/ or whatever your name is .. Hi) ... so he hangs up on me again...
so when I call back the 4th time.. I ask who I am speaking to.. they tell me to stop calling that this is an IT dept and then called me a "Stupid F'in Beotch" and hung up...
Really ???

They call about 10 times every day threatening to prosecute for a payday loan I have never taken out. The guy uses obscenities, threatens to arrest me, and when I tell him he is harassing me he hangs up but then calls back about 10 minutes later. He calls me a$$hole and tells me to f**** off. I have asked them for specific dates and contact information, the company name he works for and written proof. I have yet to receive anything from them in writing!! I call them about 10 times a day just to harass them back :) They never answer and the message says its a "magic jack" number. The guy has a very thick middle eastern accent and i am sure he has scammed ALOT of people out of money probably to conduct further illegal actions. DON'T PAY THIS GUY ANY MONEY IT IS A SCAM!!!!! They can not give any specific information and act like they are reading a script and only repeat the same thing except when you stand up to them, then they get mad and cuss you out!! THE MAN AND HIS FAKE COMPANY ARE TRULY PATHETIC!!!

they say that i have a loan from cash advance loan and that im being sued. i adviced him that i dont get loans from cash advance and that if they continue to call my phone i will report him to the financial crime department. the guy hung up.
