This number shows up on my TV screen so I do not answer. They have called several times a day for weeks now. VERY ANNOYING to have to check my TV screen every time the phone rings, especially due to arthritis.
Calls from 409-684-2264 are annoying and wasteful, taking up space on my answering machine. Another scam artist getting through despite my phone number being listed on the Do-Not-Call registry.
Lower your interest credit card rate scam call, however is a different lady's voice from the norm. I normally don't, but today I broke down because I was so mad (which is what they want so you'll answer). Number one was to talk to them, tell I was the 11th caller, press number three and got music. Did a little cursing at them and hung up. I know I know better. Please use restraint, and don't answer these cause you don't recognize. I was very diligent reporting to the do not call list off while back and after a while some of the scam calls did stop. Even though I know The do not call list seems fruitless, I am going to suck the life out of myself and report every single call I guess I don't recognize. If only there was a way to get the people who calls numbers share them with everybody and call them 24 seven. I don't care if they need a job they should if only there was a way to get the people who calls numbers share them with everybody and call them 24 seven. Caller ID said Consmr Advocate. Recorded message was nearly done when I answered. All I heard was that it would be in my interest to call. Somehow I doubt that. Waited for the whole message to replay but nothing happened. I have to assume it's criminals running a scam.
