I called the number and got a recorded message stating that I have reached "Statewide Appeals" and that it was a non-urgent message. Area code is PA.

No one on other end, beep then hang up.

I didn't answer since there was no name attached, didn't leave message

no message, showed up as unknown caller

I just had this same # call me today also.  It's my birthday today but they did not leave a message (or sing to me).  Hope they go annoy someone else on their birthday...
