That is B.S. I have talked to troopers about this and They say when ever you get a call Let us know WE dont ask for money. So Who ever the H*LL you are maybe you better go talk to a cop so they can take care of you and give ya bread and water....

a call from this number it was not urgent, will call back at another time.
