I've used them before in after a few days a refund credit shows up. Most of what they have can be found elsewhere if you want to look but they do produce or they would have been shut down by now if they took your money and didnt produce with a refund. My grandmomther just received a call from this number. It was from a man who knew her name and when she asked who it was he hung up. I called the number back and got a message from Statewide Appeal.
