Received call Womens Cancer 412-385-2368 on June 30. Answered and nobody there. From other replies and also vague who call is from screams SCAM. Going on 5 years as a woman cancer survivor, I can say from personal experience American Cancer Society was very helpful and supportive for me throughout treatments. Offered home help, rides for appointments, discounted wigs and scarfs, gift card for mileage to longer distance appointments, very grateful to them. Would give money to American Cancer Society, not this SCAM.
This person calls me at least once a week. I've asked every time to be taken off her calling list. She just keeps talking and won't let me say a word. I told her that I knew this was a scam but she still keeps calling and keeps talking. She always starts with "Getting ahold of me is harder than getting her kids to clean their room" today it was"I'm so glad to be speaking with a person and not an answering machine". There should be a way to stop these calls and press charges against them when they don't stop. I was scrubbing my bath tub when she called today so she really made me angry. I did enter her number in call block today
Got a call on my landline from this number. Caller ID: Womens Cancer. Area code 412 is the Pittsburgh, PA area. Left no message. Definitely a scam. This outfit uses 4 or 5 (maybe more) different phone numbers, so if you block just one of its calls, you will still get calls from its other lines. Block them all
Called while I was rushing through Walmart to get back to my daughter in the hospital. Figured it was a scammer and answered. Really hoped they would have a live person on so I could rip them a new one. I've been awake almost all night and it's noon now. Sadly it was a busy signal on their end.
another scam call. don't donate to these a**holes. if trump does anything for us; he needs to have pressure put on these idiots who try to scam the american people. i think some jail time would halt all these losers from doing these scumbag deeds. nsa infringes on our calls; so why don't they do something useful and take these morons to task!!!!
Not a person. "She" is a computer that can mimic human speech and respond to certain key phrases. The starting phrase is always the same because it's programmed that way. We're stuck as long as the phone companies and the government won't deal with this nonsense. The only recourse is to block the number -- but they will just switch to another.
